Our environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) policies and programs are among our highest priorities. Our strategy centers on reducing incidences of injury at our facilities, both small and large. Trinseo maintains a culture of rigorous investigation, corrective action, and continuous improvement that is then applied over many years, to deliver a world-class set of internal policies, processes, and procedures. Through the dedication of our employees, we have achieved an injury rate of 0.25 per 200,000 hours worked, which places us among the upper echelons of manufacturing companies for safety.

Additionally, in 2022, we completed the Responsible Care® recertification process and successfully completed the external Responsible Care® Management System (RCMS) Audit in September. Our manufacturing facility in Dalton, Georgia, U.S., and Global Operating Center in Wayne, Pennsylvania, U.S., were included in this audit.
