Our culture is brought to life by the people who are passionate about Trinseo, and our Sustainable Workforce goals reflect the inclusive, diversified environment we want to foster in our offices and facilities.

At Trinseo, we are focused on building a developmental and growth mindset that is focused on leadership cultivation and establishes a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion. We must start at the top of our organization to develop an infrastructure conducive to the needs of a diverse workforce.

In 2023, Trinseo experienced an incident rate of 0.30, which represents injuries and illnesses per 200,000 hours worked. To keep safety top of mind, we revised our Safe Summer & Beyond initiative to deliver meaningful case studies that explored real Trinseo incidents and what actions have been taken to mitigate the risk of an incident happening again. This video series interviewed parties involved in the incident in their native languages and highlighted the importance of working together to prevent injuries.

We want to develop an inclusive workforce is developed and retained at Trinseo. We have set a target goal to reduce turnover so that we can improve the experience of all employees.

In order to feed our leadership and talent goals, these programs will help cultivate our workforce for advancement and future leadership roles.
