Supplier Code of Conduct

Adopted in March 2015, the Trinseo Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum business standards for our suppliers.

Because our commitment to positive global citizenship and sustainability extends through our supply chain, we expect Trinseo suppliers to conduct their operations in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.

The Trinseo Supplier Code of Conduct is founded on these basic principles:

  • We expect our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • We encourage our suppliers to adhere to the highest principles of environmental responsibility, sustainability, ethical behavior, corporate social responsibility (CSR), fair labor practice, and a safe, healthy workplace
  • Specifically, we expect all Trinseo suppliers to operate responsibly and in a manner that is consistent with the Trinseo Code of Business Conduct and related Ethics and Compliance Policies
