Our VOLTABOND™ binders tie the anode active material, such as graphite and silicon together with the conductive additives onto the current collector. Beyond high adhesion when compared to conventional binders, the unique chemical structure enhances battery life by offering resistance to electrolyte dissolution, delivering constant performance across a wide temperature range. By improving electrical and ionic conductivity, structural integrity, and energy density, along with superior adhesion, and a stronger, more stable bond between electrode particles, we’re helping batteries last longer, charge faster, go farther and perform better.
