Sustainability Goals
Focused on attracting an inclusive workforce, our expanded goals ensure we have the necessary support in place to foster our employees’ talents for professional advancement.
Employee Engagement and Mentorship
We know that mentoring and coaching is critical to developing our future leaders. In 2023, we launched three Employee Resource Groups focused on engaging women, young professionals, and LGBTQIA+ team members to help them build connections and provide support to our diverse communities. Available to all employees, each group is co-led by our employees and sponsored by a member of the executive leadership team.
Leadership Development
We know that fostering rising leaders is essential to our success. In 2023, we held our first Leadership Excellence Conference for Trinseo leaders to align our strategy, develop their leadership skills and help shape our culture. By investing in our people, we can create a culture of innovation, continuous learning and support.
