Trinseo + ME – Same Care, Different Places

“Trinseo + ME” is an exclusive series of interviews with our staff. Let’s take a look at the story of Herald Karundeng.

Herald is Procurement Operations Center Leader at Trinseo’s Shanghai office, responsible mainly for the management of the procurement and payment working group in the Asia-Pacific region. Herald was born and raised in Indonesia. He came to China in 2010 for work, and joined Trinseo’s Shanghai office in 2018.

Herald said that after coming to China, he worked for several companies, and Trinseo is his favorite company because here he feels that it’s his home away from home. To Herald, the company's emphasis on employee safety training is actually care shown for employees, and the PA²CE culture provides him with care from his supervisor and coworkers.
